Using XP Pro as a domain admin PC

Using XP Pro an a domain admin PC, where do I find the utilities to administrator, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, Exchange 2000, etc.? I'm still using a Win2k server on my desk while the rest of our company is going to XP Pro. I use XP Pro in my four-PC workgroup at home and now want it at work, but not until I know I can manage all the pieces of AD mentioned above.
