What is being reported to MS in coded details of Windows error reporting process?

In the Windows "error reporting" process, what is actually being reported to Microsoft in its coded details of the description?
I looked at several of the CAB files that error reporting generates, and noticed very little that alarmed me. Originally, there was talk of error reporting uploading documents and personal information to Microsoft. All I see is a small memory dump and some technical details, but no documents. There are a variety of error-reporting policies you can use to restrict error reporting or completely disable it, by the way. You get to those via the local Group Policy editor (Gpedit.msc) or Group Policy.
