What is the best patch management software for servers?

What is the best patch management software for servers? I would like your view about what would be the strategy of using that in a production network? Could you please direct me to some comparisons of all the products in terms of functionality and also the cost benefit analysis?
The hands-down winner for me, simply by dint of being the most complete and the easiest to use, is Gravity Storm Software's Service Pack Manager 2000. It not only checks across a whole enterprise for service packs and post-SP hotfixes, but can also audit other Microsoft products like SQL Server 7/Windows 2000 for needed service packs.
