What is the best way to reboot this server?

I am currently in need of a way to reboot my Win2k adv. server running IIS5. Is there a way to do this remotely through the IIS5 admin interface without the needing third party applications? I have found some scripts on newsgroups for rebooting, but I run into problems where they can't be executed due to lack of permissioning. I've also seen a funny buffer overrun solution.
For NT, I have seen VB and other programs (including using the Shutdown.exe program that comes with the NT Resource Kit), but I am not aware of anything for Win2K. You can install a third party program like Remote Task Manager that will do this, The IIS Admin interface can only start and stop that particular series of serivces. Check out this download
