What tool would you suggest for real-time NT server process monitoring?

What tool would you recommend to provide an event-driven (real time) mechanism for monitoring the initiation and termination of processes on a Windows NT server?
A program named Process Alerter is being developed right now which does exactly what you're talking about. A beta version can be for downloaded.
