Why can't I view HTTPS with Internet Explorer?

Every time my IE 6.0 tries to establish HTTPS, I receive "The page is unavailable." I have permitted all cookies and all SSL possibles. I can access everything with Opera, but I can't view HTTPS with Internet Explorer. I tried to reinstall it, but no effect. Do I have to copy some files?

Make sure you have the browser set to accept HTTPS connections:

Start Internet Explorer.

On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.

On the Advanced tab, scroll down to the Security section, and then select the Use SSL 2.0 and Use SSL 3.0 options.
