I'm running Win XP, and the system will not boot. My monitor shows "no input sync." What causes this? How can it be fixed?
First things first: Check the cable connections. Try a different monitor cable. If that doesn't fix the problem, try the monitor on a different computer, assuming that you have another computer to test it on. The last resort is to replace your video adapter.
