Win2k clients not receiving packages

My SMS 2.0 server is having a problem sending packages. The clients (Win2000 Pro SP2) never get the package. Can you give me a couple of places to start looking for the problem?
One way to track down the problem is to use this flowchart for SMS software distribution.

If you can't find any information through the server log files, you'll want to look in the log files on the client. You can find a listing of the applicable log files at myITforum.com.
