Win2k machine reboots without loading OS after outage

After a power outage, a Win2k machine will continuously reboot without loading the operating system. Any idea how we can fix this?

Placing the machine on uninterruptible power protection would circumvent this problem entirely, but if this is a problem among multiple machines in an environment, consider a BIOS upgrade if one is available. If you are having regular power outages in your area, I'd look into getting some form of power protection anyway.
