I am replacing two NT4 servers (a primary domain controller and a backup domain controller) with one Windows Server 2003 (domain controller). I want to keep the NetBIOS names for the old servers (i.e., I want to mount a share by "\oldnameshare"). How do I do that?

You can name a new share anything you want. Share names are independent of systems. So install the Windows Server 2003, remove the old servers, then share your files using whatever names you want. If you want to reuse the name of one of the old systems for the new system, you'll have to remove it from the network before installing Windows Server 2003 or else perform an upgrade install on that one box.
