Is there a certification for MIIS? If so, what is the best path to pursue it and is it worth having by itself?

EXPERT RESPONSE

Are you perchance referring to Microsoft Identity Integration Server 2003? If so, there are no certs related to that software, but MS Learning does offer classes on the package, which you can find listed here.
