Can a remote thin client using RDP have access to a memory card reader to upload pictures from a camera to the terminal server. If we can find a solution we could eliminate many remote desktops. Thanks so much!

Yes, smart card devices are redirected by default in Windows Server 2003. Alternatively, you can use your smart card reader on any PC and store the images on a network share, then map the share for users on the terminal server.
