Here are other new features in SharePoint Connector for Confluence:
- Users can edit embedded Confluence wiki pages directly from SharePoint. Through embedded wiki content, SharePoint users can access Confluence plug-ins, such as charts, diagrams, image galleries and maps.
- It includes any SharePoint list in a Confluence wiki page. Once linked from Confluence, the automatic linking system creates a shared link from SharePoint back to Confluence.
- Search enterprise wiki pages and SharePoint documents are in one location.
- Full document security and permission is maintained across all content.
System requirements: Confluence 2.6.1 or later; Windows SharePoint Services v3; Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) 2007 (Standard or Enterprise). MOSS is required for the following features: integrated search, single sign-on functionality from SharePoint using Windows Integrated Authentication to Confluence, forms-based authentication.
