Letter #5: $10,000 later, no certificate

I have been a network administrator for 10 years. I was laid off from my last job so I thought this would be a good time for me to upgrade my training and get my MCSE in Server 2003.

What a joke. I study my brains out and never pass the stupid tests. The training costs me $10,000 and I can't pass Microsoft's test. I know I am not a stupid person. I have a college degree with an excellent GPA. So, in my opinion Microsoft needs to make a lot of changes to the certification program. I know they had to make it harder because of piracy issues, but it at least should be attainable by the average person who actually does this type of work out in the field. My $10,000 training is pointless if I don't get that stupid piece of paper from Microsoft.
