A server may accumulate a great many backup folders from the
installation of Service Packs. If the server has been running
dependably for quite some time, you can usually remove the SP
uninstall files and free up 25-100 MB per Service Pack. To do this
you can:
a. Delete them from a hidden folder in the %Systemroot% directory
b. Delete the corresponding registry key
c. Uninstall the Service Pack in 'Add/Remove Programs'
