Configure Windows Time to log all time synch attempts

Windows 2000's new time service, Windows Time (aka w32time), replaces NT 4.0's time service called Time Service (aka timeserv.exe, distributed with the NT 4.0 Resource Kit). The great thing about timeserv was that it could be easily configured to log ALL time synchronization attempts to the system log, not just failed ones. Although w32time does not do this by default, it can be set up to do so with two registry changes. Best of all, it will work whether the W2K machine is a member of an NT 4.0 domain or Active Directory.
