Determine which program has a file open/locked

Have you ever had file you wanted to move, copy, delete or edit, but Windows told you it was locked by another program and there wasn't anything obvious that could be locking it? When this happens, I use Process Explorer by Sysinternals (http://www.sysinternals.com) to determine which program has that resource, and then exit that process before modifying the file.
