Need to know remotely whether all those Web sites, mail exchangers and servers in your care are running as they should? Try a package like Internet Watchdog to perform tests at regular intervals on all of your various TCP/IP based services.

It can be used to monitor the services provided by Web servers, news servers, mail servers and many other functions important to providing quality services across the Internet.

Notification of a problem can be set toa barking dog sound, an e-mail or a pager call.
