To update all repair information, including system information, without creating an erd, type rdisk /s- at the run command. This information can be copied from the winntrepair directory by the administrator to a secure location and backed up on tape.
You can do this with all servers and name file accordingly. You can create a disk, if needed, from the folder you saved the repair directory to. You may not need the sam if it's too large.
